I recently purchased a new car and was blown away by the level of customer service Jose provided. A knowledgeable sales Man and the checkout process was smooth. I will definitely be returning!
I was there, just to look at cars . . no plans to buy . . however, after speaking with Mr. Fields it was an easy decision. Not only did we discuss the cars (makes, models, and some of the history of them) . . he was also knowledgeable of the financial side of things . . (I thank you for your advice). Here is my personal view, Mr. Fields is very good active listener, he's has empathy and is definitely and effective communicator. To close . . "Thank you Mr. Fields, for all your help with the purchase of my new car".
