Happy to have found and purchased another cream puff from Powell Motors again. Knowing from my previous purchase several years ago... I again made the trip from Yakima to Portland for a great deal on a quality used car. The "Team" of Vince, Israel and Pam are able to provide well-maintained vehicles at a very reasonable and fair price. Very positively recommend Powell Motors if looking for a quality used rig at a fair price.

Vince Powell runs this family-owned company himself and very differently from the way most other used car dealers operate. A customer usually deals directly with him. He does more work on the used cars he sells. He prices them higher, reflecting their better condition. Prices generally are not negotiable. I was very pleased. He knows the details of each car. He gives the good and the bad without trying to "sell" in the ways that have given used car salesmen a bad name. I have bought a number of cars, both new and used, and I would say this is the best experience I have had.

When you think of the stereotype for a used car salesmen, these guys are on the other side of the spectrum ! My experience with their honesty and integrity made my purchase unfold with comfort. Communication was clear, and the product sold represented the product advertised. It was very clear why Powell has successfully stayed in business for so many years,through a changing city. They care about the customer, and want them be satisfied with not only their vehicle, but the whole experience that's embedded in the process of buying a new or used car. I could not recommend them high enough, I was continually impressed with their actions.

The team at Powell Motors is always very professional and helpful when I have a need for a vehicle. Their service is excellent and they do above and beyond to accommodate buyer requests. They also take the time for a complete introduction to the driver of the vehicle once purchased.
