Kali was AWSOME. She is sooo efficient and North Bay Ford is lucky to have her as part of their TEAM. I highly recommend this dealership.
They worked their butts off for me getting me a great deal, Kali the financing lady put in so much effort and Malakai the dealer was so friendly, calm and easy to work with. They managed to get me into a car even better that I had been anticipating and at such a low payment plan! Malakai was especially cool going over all the features with me on a dark and heavily raining day.
It was an easy experience with a staff who listened to what I wanted. They were very communicative.
