I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together.

Matthew Miranda was great to work with. He kept us updated on the build and estimated delivery date for our vehicle. Chad Saylor was excellent to work with on financing and purchase documentation. Speedier than most vehicle purchase transactions I’ve been involved with. Would recommend North Georgia Toyota to others.

The product is good. In good and clear conscious I can't recommend this business. In selling the product maybe good enough. Customer satisfaction, product support, Service definitely lacking in a big way. This is the best and most conservative opinion I can provide.
