Service department is exceptional. Rob and Julian explained the repairs my Mazda needed and the cost involved. They even sent a video of the damage my car sustained with a concrete plan for repair. I’m thrilled to be aligned with North Penn Mazda where I am treated with kindness and respect.
The car salesman was very attentive to my needs. Even when I had to come in to add my cross rails, customer service was impeccable, especially with the video showing the customer the completed work along with instructions.

The service team at North Penn Mazda are aces. From the service manager and his team, to the folks handling the car loaners, to the mechanics - all are extremely professional and courteous.
I wouldn't go any where else to get my car serviced. Love the people.
