Service desk staff are always very helpful, friendly and efficient. It's also nice that someone greets you as soon as you pull into the garage, and directs you to the service desk. And again, when picking up the car, someone greets you, directs you to the check-out desk, retrieves the keys and pulls the car up. A nice bonus to see that the car has been washed. The video from the service technician is always clear, professional and helpful. All in all a great service experience with great staff.
It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Alyssa was not pushy and laid everything out clearly. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and not aggressive. It was a pleasure to get my car there and look forward to using them for service.
They gave me a fair amount for my trade. Another dealer offered me 1500 less.
