For the most part a good experience. Very friendly and willing to help. A few minor hiccups with the repair, but nothing too major. The tech who worked on my car went above and beyond what was asked of him.
Friendly service, attentive staff, and knowledgeable mechanics. This team is top-notch - they pay attention to every detail! I never would take my car anywhere else.

All parties worked well to get my car back to me as soon as possible and kept me informed of progress. They also took it upon themselves to set up a loaner vehicle.
I have done almost all the services for my CX5 at NPenn since I brought it new there. It has been a pleasant experience every time. They also send you a video report of the service which is awesome. Highly recommend NPenn for all your mazda services.
The entire experience was great. Allyssa met my list of needs and set a car aside for me. Explained all the features and didn’t push the things I said I was not interested in. That was very important to me. A no hassle transaction!! Paperwork went quickly.
