Our visit was pleasant and the environment was nice and inviting. The salesperson was very pleasant polite and friendly.
Service was exceptional, especially considering my challenging week. I had a blowout tire that morning, but thanks to our Warranty packet, it turned out great. They promptly sent someone to replace the spare tire, and I secured an early appointment for the tire repair. I spoke with our fantastic service rep, Kenneth, who consistently delivers amazing and reliable work. I was back in the office by 1 PM, grateful for the exceptional service that turned a potentially disastrous day into a positive experience.Bonus points for the Valet team.
