Exceptional Service Experience – Northside Ford & Gary Conn Set the Standard! Review: I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Northside Ford deserves recognition. With years in the automotive industry, I know that many people dread dealer service visits. However, Gary Conn at Northside Ford completely changed my perspective. My 2018 Ford Expedition developed a “cold start clatter”—a known issue for this engine, but not covered by recall. I also had a few other minor issues and a transmission concern, all covered by my extended Ford warranty. After calling several San Antonio dealerships and hearing about long wait times and expensive loaners, I decided to contact Gary based on positive reviews. From the start, Gary was a true professional. He gave me clear, specific answers and set a firm, realistic timeline. My appointment was scheduled for the following Monday, and I was provided with a complimentary 2025 Expedition loaner for the entire duration of the repairs. Gary called me every day with updates—a level of communication that is rare and much appreciated. In total, my vehicle was with Northside Ford for three weeks, and all repairs were completed perfectly. The engine now runs so quietly you have to stand next to it to hear it.
