Little of wait in the morning appointment but it is fine. Service advisor is pretty nice and knows what he is doing.
Greeted me promptly when I arrived. Discussed what was wrong with my vehicle with Jonathan. He offered some possible issues but stated would start with scan. Within 2 hours of dropping off my vehicle I received a call to state it was done. Very pleased with the speediness in which it was completed.

I was helped by Veronica Trujillo who extended professionalism with kindness throughout our interaction. Service was fast and efficient. A basic car wash was icing on the cake. Thank you Toyota Norwalk.
