He went over everything with me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I never felt pressured or rushed, which I really appreciated. He was also very thorough but still made the process quick and easy. You can definitely tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares about making sure his customers are happy with their purchase. Took my 2022 Rav4 Prime in for oil change, met with assistant service manager Sal, who wrote up the ticket for work. As usual service was top notch, the vehicle inspection was completed also, and Sal went over the results with me,1 thing this dealership does not attempt to sell you things you don't need or things that can wait. Then the service manage Juan, does not stay in his office he is on the floor, greeting customers and talking to the technicians, he actually cares about job #1 which is the customer, and their satisfaction. Back to Sal he makes sure you understand what is being done to your vehicle, and why it is needed! Things are getting expensive as consumers we are squeezed everyday, its nice to know when you buy a top rated vehicle like Toyota that the service dept here makes sure it will last hundreds of thousands of trouble-free miles. Maintenance is very important for longevity! Lastly and the complaint is when you have a dealership that has been in business over 50 years and places the customer first from sales to service, Toyota as a manufacturer you need to step up and do your part and make sure they have the new vehicle inventory needed to showcase the brand!
