Took my vehicle in for service today, as usual the service department from check in to paying bill is absolutely the best! The assistant service manager Sal, was phenomenal. Talked to Joe in the service dept he was in the usual great mood. The service department from the valet, to service people are always friendly smiling and they fix your vehicle right the first time. The quality of the techs,and they use genuine Toyota parts which may be more expensive but if you want the job done right, you go to the best! Many of us including myself complain about prices, but if you want place that is extremely competent and really cares about you and your vehicle you go to Oaklawn Toyota! The only complaint is that Toyota corporation must give great dealers like this more inventory, because when you have a stellar dealership that knows how to sell and especially service great Toyota vehicles they deserve more product on their lots!
