Ricardo was very knowledgeable, attentive, transparent, and patient. He was able to match us with the truck we were looking through various test drives always encouraging us to have multiple drives so we knew for sure which vehicle was the right fit.
The employees were welcoming, specifically Ricardo. He was extremely patient and dedicated to his work.
Lucy is the absolute best sales person EVER!! She is knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. And she was quick with answers to my many questions either by email or in person. She is especially talented to help with pairing phones to the vehicle. Throughout my life I’ve bought many suvs and cars at various dealerships. Richard Hertogs was great to deal with. You have a real treasure in him. Very personable and made us laugh a few times as he tried to get us a deal we could be happy with. I do feel I gave up a little too much on the negotiation and would have been happier with the trade-in value that Kelly Blue Book had given me of almost $4,000 more. Still, I love the truck with its high options, so I paid a bit more than I thought was necessary. The head boss worked on the deal also and he helped get us closer to an acceptable amount on my trade-in. Nice thing is also that everything is done in one place at one time to get everything transferred over from my old Tacoma to the new one. I would HIGHLY recommend Oak Lawn Toyota, and especially Rich Hertogs for anyone buying a Toyota.
