I came in looking for a specific vehicle and did not see it on their lot. Svet stopped me and found the car in their inventory, but on another lot. I picked the car up the next day.

I was greeted when I came in. I checked in and was pointed to the right person to help me. After that, I was told I can take a seat, but if I had any questions that I could come to the service associate who was helping me. I was there for an oil change. I got everything together except one thing that was connected to my app. They told me when I had time I can come back, which II was there for an oil change.
