We bought our Mini Cooper form Rudy. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and we felt no pressure at all to purchase a vehicle. We even went home to think about it before we purchased the car. Once we decided to purchase the car the whole buying process was actually pretty painless. We were expecting to have the typical car buying experience with multiple interventions from management. That was not the case from Mini of Valencia. We would definitely get another car from this dealership again. We appreciate the great car buying experience.

Once again (this is our THIRD purchase of a Mini at Mini of Valencia), our experience was superb. We went in to replace a bumper piece on my beloved 2014 mini that someone backed into, and I can't say enough about how informative and kind Joey was in the service department. I felt even more secure after his information about the safety features I have, and with good humor and professionalism I was taken care of. My husband and I chose to walk around the car lot to kill some time, and that was fun. My sales person G from last time (and is it possible to say enough about his attention, and care?), made sure everything went smoothly for me in repair, but no need since Joey was on top of it. It was wonderful to see G again, and my husband, who is ultra cautious when it comes to any purchase, hit it off with G. In fact during the process of looking at Minis for fun my husband fell in love with a Mini Coupe, and we came back the very next day (did I mention that we live 75 miles from Valencia?) to complete replacing the blue stripe on my Mini (awesome negotiations Joey!) and to trade in my husband's 2011 red Mini on the gorgeous Coupe he saw the night before. We were there at least half of the day, and we didn't mind. It is such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, with great places to sit, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and water. Plus you get to explore all of the cool Minis everywhere, which is like falling into a box of puppies. My husband is as crazy about his new/barely used car as I am about mine.
