When the service department tells you it will be 20 minutes to button things up. Be prepared to wait an additional 2 hours to then be told they are finishing up the oil change. As a visitor to the area. I would not recommend this dealership. If they can not or just won't be honest on something so simple, how can you trust them for anything more?

Took them 2 days to figure out the car did not take an electronic key. They also broke items and tried to give it back to us without telling us. Also, this car has tnat steering rattle. Shame on you and GM

I purchased my vehicle here and thought the best place to bring my Chevy for repairs would be the Chevy dealer I purchased it from right? WRONG!!! I brought my vehicle in for some over heating issues. They said my head gasket blew and it would cost $3000 for repairs!!! And said that he would have to send my block out for testing and it might cost more!!! I went to pick my vehicle up to get a second opinion and was told I had to pay $110 for the diagnostics. I took my vehicle to JD auto repair in Staunton. The gentleman there tested my block and tried hard to find an issue with the head gasket and was unable to! Charged me $90 for a couple of hoses that had pin holes in them. This place is a scam!! I will never take my car there nor will I purchase another vehicle from them again!!

owned my vehicle for 3 years and have put brakes in twice and needs them again last time was 8 months ago and they want to charge to check them now Awful to deal with.

My older import in because of loud front end noise and various warning lights on. The service department made the repairs quickly and also serviced it for a reasonable price. Totally satisfied with the work.
