Henry was a great salesman! I do not like how this company is doing me since purchasing my vehicle from them and I drove 2 hr (without traffic but with traffic it took me over 3 hrs to get home). All the employees are Hispanic so their English is up/down. The lady up front was rude (I’m assuming she’s the owner because everybody goes through her) . Not the lady that barely speaks English but the other lady. They (mainly the lady) refused to put gas in my car and wash it. My picture showed two keys and they refuse to give me my second key. Both of the guys say it’s my car key but when they talk to the lady all of a sudden I can’t have it . It’s a million excuses . Why keep a key that’s for my car?! One guy even stated my VIN is on the key and now all of a sudden it’s not and it’s not my key. When I call the guy on his personal cell phone the story keep changing. Now I have to pay to have the key shipped if I want “my key “ because I refuse to drive back up there. I keep calling the office and they are avoiding my calls. I have a fault light that I’m trying to get answers about. It’s a series of events that they are showing that does not sit well with me. They have nice cars on the lot but the conniving ways I do not like!

Writing this review shortly after completing my purchase because my experience with Southern Star and Ronny in particular was so good I felt the need to show my appreciation. From my first phone call to that last hand shake, I received nothing but courteous, honest and patient service. I showed up, got the key and was off for a lengthy test drive in minutes. Had a 3rd party inspection done to settle any buyers anxiety but, honestly, it was not necessary since all their vehicles appear to be in immaculate condition. All my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction and I left with a clean car, full tank and, most importantly, peace of mind. Great people, great vehicle, and great price! I will be stopping in again for my next purchase. Thank you Ronny!

David Saenz 2016 Volkswagen Golf David made this whole experience as smooth as possible I would recommend coming here to buy your next vehicle I was very impressed at the fact that they tell you to take the car and show your friends or take it to a mechanic or just cruise for a couple hours for your test drive to make sure you love the car David made sure we were well feed and hydrated as the process did take a little longer due to insurance being inundated on a Saturday trust me take the time to come here and take a test drive
