They were very patient with me. They presented what they had to offer. I wasn't prepared to buy a car that day. When I got overwhelmed, they let me go to think about it. It was a pleasure to work with them.

good customer service overall when i've brought my 2008 honda in for service over the years, in buying this newer 2024 honda vehicle, salesperson' Connor was very helpful and answered my questions to my satisfaction. also he showed good customer service in telling me that i could contact or come in with concerns/questions--very much noted/appreciated. a good retail business needs good customer service in order to stay in business--word of mouth advertising goes a long way. also tim was very professional and informative. carole neider motley, minnesota
