Purchased a 2010 BMW convertible in Dec 2021. Car had some running problems and Rob took it back and fixed them at no cost. A short while later it developed more engine problems. Rob took the car in a discovered the problem. I had moved so really didn't want to to back and get the car. Rob repurchased the car from me at an extremely fair price. All thru the process he did exactly as he said he would do. They say they are committed to customer satisfaction and lived up to every aspect of it. I would highly recommend the dealership for a used vehicle of any type or model.

I purchased a 2000 Boxster S this past fall. I have driven it a total of 100 miles. I have had to replace axil boots and now the coolant tank. The concern is that these were covered up prior to purchase. Rags to absorb the coolant.

I wanted to tell someone about the wonderful family owned Import Service and Used Car Sales Dealership that is in North RIdgeville.... I have been looking for a place to take my c300 for a while, I did the dealership service thing and that was terrible!!! talk about not caring about you as a person.... so I was told about this family owned and operated place that has been around for over 30 years servicing Imports. I am sooooooooooooo glad I did they diagnosed the problem ( more than I can say about the other dealership ) and then fixed it! Nice people very knowledgeable and best of all they have a gorgeous bull dog called Luigi.....he is the bomb... eveyone if you get the chance make sure you go there.
