This place is a scam. Brought in Cadillac XT5 for service. First, they tried to sell me a new battery for $525. New batteries cost in the $250 range. Then the invoice of all the other work didn't add up correctly. Then they charged a credit card fee of 3%. Who brings cash? No dealer ever charge CC fees on service.

Horrible! Bought a brand new escalade esv, which came with paint damage. Now just going back and forth with them!

Terrible experience while trying to purchase a vehicle out of state. We agreed to numbers and was waiting on the salesman (Charlie) to send over the final agreement. In the meantime he informed me (within 10 minutes) that someone walked into the dealership and purchased it. When in reality they did not want to deal with us because we had outside financing and weren’t willing to finance through them. Due to using a credit union we were informed we needed to wire the funds which was no problem. Very unprofessional.
