The new GM Luke was fantastic! I wasn’t unreasonable with my value for my trade in so he gave me exactly what I was looking for my vehicle and discounted his vehicle creating a great deal and there was no back and forth at all. Zero pressure from either him and the salesman and I was in and out within a couple hours. Very happy with my purchase and the process. Pre Approved by my credit union management ran dealer finance numbers anyway. 10% better rate at my credit union. Wasted entirely too much time. Listening will make management look like a more professional environment.
