Adolf is the best, he may be the best customer service rep I have ever encountered. He helped facilitate an out-of-state purchase, and from the moment I got off the plane to pick up the car, he met all my needs with friendly smile. He and Ed helped cover some unforeseen issues with the car upon pickup. Most importantly, after the sale, even months after, Adolf helped me sort out a few other issues. With most other dealerships, after the sale is made, papers are signed, they don't offer much help - especially out-of-state! Adolf aways picks up the phone, our calls back promptly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and will come back to Adolf for my next vehicle purchase!
