I bought 2024 CT5 and the car was everything I expected. The service was smooth and fast and actually one of the better car buying experiences I've had. Sebastian was professional and knowledgeable.

I had never been to a CarMax and knew nothing about this establishment. I was very impressed with every aspect of the sales process. Rasheed was absolutely awesome through the entire process.

This is the last time i will purchase at carmax. I bought a Dodge RAM 2500 that had a sound in the engine .. 3 days after buying it i took it to repair .. instead of reparing it they made me take it to the dealership and they still did not repair it i had to pick up my truck and have it repaired elsewhere

Worse car buying experience ever. Promised to deliver. Did not. When I went to pick up car, the actual mileage was 5K miles over what was advertised. I asked for a discount on the price. The salesman (who was great btw) called a buyer and put me on the phone. The buyer was snarky and rude. He refused to reduce the price or give any accommodation for the 5K differential in mileage. I thanked the salesman and walked away from the deal. I wound up buying the same car from another dealer I found on Cars.com. I will never do a deal with CarMax again. I would give zero stars, but I'm afraid that will count as not rating. So they get one star for breathing.

I thought going to Carmax was a waste of my time. The inventory was deceiving and I could’ve done the same research the sales person did in my home. He didn’t even ask for my name and number and wanna follow up. So not too impressed with them
