We had our car shipped from a distant location to our local dealership in Roseville, CA and he made sure it went smoothly including service after the sale. There was no pressure and he knew how to make everything go smoothly. So far we are very happy, this particular vehicle we have been looking for for a year. Easily the best car dealership experience I have ever had.

Sales staff was awesome. I've had 2 experiences with the dealership and both sales guys, Mateo (the first time) and Steve (most recent) were incredibly helpful in helping me secure a car. What was cool this second time, I was able to secure my financing over the phone so that when I got to the dealership it cut the process in half.

Best buyer experience I’ve had purchasing a car. No pressure just a walk around the lot looking to actually look at a car I was interested in. And then a browse through their website to find the model I wanted with the price I wanted. Put a reserve on it. Took a few days to get it to Roseville, tested it and in a couple hours was driving home. My sales rep was great the whole experience was A++++++

I didn’t know about the new (to me) need for an appointment. This did not go smoothly. I waited for over 2 hours because I kept “missing my turn” even though I had my phone and was in the car lot. Still 5 stars because that was my only hiccup at the store and I’ve purchased from here multiple times.
