Car needed to go right to the shop when I got it store manager would not give me my money back and I only had it a week WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I would recommend but it was chaotic. I believe our sales rep was new. He didn't show us much about the car at all. And our experience buying was less than pleasant. We were told things that we could do and then when we showed up, it was a mess. I do really appreciate CarMAx but this was not a good experience
