I had a great experience buying my vehicle . Angel made every step of the process wonderful. He was extremely patient, and kind and wanted me to be happy. I love my car and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone.
I was very happy with the service I got from Hunter and he was very polite and helpful
Telephone calls go not answered and when they do we have difficulty understanding them. No switchboard to direct the calls and insured answered. As a retired inbound call center customer tech the people need to be better trained. Maybe an under cover boss would help. Once in dealership we see a lot of people walking looking at their phones. I have noticed one individual not doing this, short guy, sun glasses and a white long beard.
In and out no work was done parts did not come in as planned Parks not there when my appointment date came
Promptness, professionalism, politeness, competence, made the service call noteworthy. We look forward to continued good experience.
