Everyone was nice and friendly. The dealership was clean and well organized. I would definitely buy a care there again.

2 stars and only because they tried really hard at first. Bought a car from nashville that didnt even last me 24 hours, then when i returned it to the Huntsville location Nashville refused to process the return and left me with a loaner car finally at 930pm. Then when i returned the next day to get a new car that was all but signed for the night before they did the paperwork wrong and i ended up being in Carmax for a total of 11 hours over 3 days. I got a car but will never set foot in another Carmax. Honestly absolute trash.

Alyssa was absolutely incredible! She made the entire process smooth sailing. We were able to look at a car similar to the one we were interested in while waiting on the other to arrive. Communication was consistent, and she answered every question we had. She explained everything thoroughly without attempting to sell us what we didn't want. We got to know more about her and her story, which is incredible. This is the first new car my family has bought in 13 years, and it was an amazing experience from test drive to purchase. Cannot thank you enough Alyssa!

Enjoyed being able to browse cars on the lot without a salesman hounding you. I also liked that the price you see is the price you pay. In and out...no hassle.
