Car had alot more scratches then advertised noticed afterwords. Interior of car was well taken care of

Made my second purchase from this store, actually traded in the car I bought from them 3 years ago. The set up is so easy, everything is upfront during the entire process. Communication is great with email and text messages. The pick up and delivery was all seamless, everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. I would definetly recommend CarMax to all my friends and family!

This was such an amazingly simple experience I have ever had buying a car. Calvin communicated with me via text for an Express pick up and had a Lyft sent to bring me to the dealership at no charge. My car was waiting at the front with a big yellow bow on it and my express pick up only took about 45 minutes TOTAL!
