It took 3 weeks to transfer from Georgia,at the time of the paper work after complaining the transfer fee was deducted. There was only one keyfob so now I have to spend another $500. To get one from ford. I tried 6 locksmith’s. It took us 5 hours to get out of there. Their emission inspection machine inop so I had to take care of it myself,$30. Reimbursed. This was the second time using CarMax. First time in and out less then3 hours, at a different location. The sales associates very very good.

I like the fact that the price is the price. Everything straight forward. No pressure to take any add-ons, Your final price is what you put down and any trade-in you might have.

We had a positive experience at this dealership and I would recommend others to go there. I love that I was not hassled by a salesman. The only critical criticism is I wish it did not take quite as long to wait for my car to receive detailing to the outside of the vehicle as there were many places where paint was chipped.
