Our Subaru of Ann Arbor shopping experience was an absolute nightmare. We were left feeling completely disenchanted with the whole car-buying process. We knew we could never set foot in that dealership again. However, our quest for a new car was not yet over. So, the very next day, we set out on a mission to find our dream vehicle. Our first stop was KIA of Jackson. As soon as we test drove the 2023 KIA Seltos, we knew we had found a winner. This car had everything we were looking for - great price, spaciousness, and comfort. We left KIA of Jackson to explore a few other dealerships, but nothing could match the feeling we had driving that KIA Seltos. Without hesitation, we returned to KIA of Jackson to seal the deal with Jerry Marshall. The staff at KIA of Jackson were simply amazing. Unlike our previous experience, they didn't try to deceive us with double talk or manipulate us with lies. They didn't push us to buy a bogus lifetime warranty or mess with our financing. Instead, they went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal, better than our own bank could offer us. Their service department was knowledgeable and always ready to help. They truly made the car-buying experience enjoyable again. We left KIA of Jackson feeling grateful and satisfied. They turned a horrendous shopping experience into a fantastic one. From now on, we will always go to KIA of Jackson first when looking to purchase a car. We want to extend a huge thank you to KIA of Jackson, especially to Jetty Marshall, for making this process easy and enjoyable. My first visit to Kia was not what I hoped for but that was in a big part because I was not yet ready to make the leap. After the first visit Melissa kept in touch and was so helpful through the whole process, and we ended up buying a 2015 Kia Soul which was pre certified. My monthly payment expectations were unreasonably low during the first visit yet Melissa kept working hard to find us the right vehicle with a lower payment. After we signed all the papers she even spent half an hour helping us sync our phones and the blue tooth system. I would definitely recommend Melissa and the Kia dealership for anyone who wants a reliable vehicle with reasonable payments, even those who may have poor credit. In spite of being a bad customer Melissa continued working with me, and she was so patient when my emotional attachment to my previous vehicle made me unreasonable. The best car buying experience that I have ever had and Kia and Melissa will be my go to in a few years when we need another vehicle for my husband.
My wife, and I was looking at the Kia inventory, on a Saturday afternoon. We seen the only 2014 Sedona, they had on the lot. The sales lady came out, asked if we were interested in the van. We said, we were more interested in a SUV 4x4, but have always considered a van also. I asked what time they closed, and she said 4pm. I looked at my watch, and it was a few minutes after 4. I told her I wasn't going to take up any of her time, but she insisted, we at least take the van for a test drive. We agreed, and really liked it. Long story, short. Before we left there, we owned that new 2014 Sedona. The staff went the extra mile, and time after closing hours, to keep us happy, and made a great deal for us.
