Good experience Chris really helped and was patient for me to find the truck I really wanted
Bought a certified pre-owned car from this location 2 years ago and the only thing certified was it’s a piece of poop. They are more concerned about selling instead of taking care of the customers. Since I’ve had this car, the water pump went out and they wouldn’t warranty the part. Also a sensor in the engine had to be replaced. Thought I had 100,000 powertrain warranty but they wouldn’t honor it. Now the A/C compressor has gone bad. I will never buy from them again.
My experience working with Brad Monhollen was exceptional. I found a car advertised on Car Guru that had not been procced yet for sale. Brad promised that he would contact me when the vehicle was inspected and available to purchase. Brad kept his word, a week later he called to see if I was still interested in the vehicle. Brad test drove the vehicle and thoroughly informed me about the vehicle before I made a trip to the dealership. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready for me to drive, everything was exactly as he described, and I left the lot that night with the vehicle. Thank you Brad for following through on your word and making the experience pleasurable. I will definitely refer others to you.
Our experience at this dealership was sub par at best, especially for a BMW dealer. My wife and I drove four hours to buy our vehicle as they had the color and model we were looking for. We had found the car online and put money down on it. We made an appointment 10 days later and were assured that the car would be detailed and ready to go. Upon our arrival we were greeted by our salesman, but couldn’t see the car anywhere on the lot. We were told the car was out back ready to drive, so when he brought it around it wasn’t even washed let alone detailed. Our trade in was detailed inside and out as we are very fastidious about our vehicles. Now today we have a tire that is losing air slowly, so I went to the tire shop and there was no key in the car to unlock the lug nut. Just got off the phone we the dealership and they cannot help me without driving back to Cincinnati so they can order the part which they want me to pay for. It should have been in the vehicle but it is not. This is our 6th BMW, but the last we will purchase from Jake Sweeny!
