This past Friday evening my car had a "check oil alert." Nissan Service was closed, but Jordan & Cody at Coastal Chevrolet Service were kind enough to help me out to get me home and safely to the next day when I could get to Nissan Service. I arrive first thing in the am without an appointment and Jennifer was able to get my car checked out for me and the technician was able to resolve the problem. Everyone could not have been nicer or more helpful making a stressful situation come to an end sooner than later. Appreciated! ~ Susan Milne
Excellent car buying experience from start to finish. Called and spoke to Tyler Lewis (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) - he helped me through the entire process. Called me back when I didn't think I could make it work and got Eddie Rodriguez (thanks Eddie!!) involved who got the payments to what I wanted. Caleb L'ecuyer got our paperwork organized, answered all questions, made sure we took the test drive (we found the truck on line and drove 3 hours to make the purchase), and took a picture of my son with the truck. Lastly, Brent Nihiser was the BEST with the final paperwork. Didn't make me feel like I HAD to purchase an extra warranty but definitely explained the programs, talked to me like a friend and made sure we had his contact info incase we had additional questions after we left the dealership. Overall I would give my experience a 10 out of 10 rating! These guys were great!
We drove up from Charleston to look at a new 2022 Rogue Platinum. I had looked at the car on their website and they confirmed that it was available. The price on the window sticker was 40, 225. We looked at the car and even test drove it. We were all set to purchase until we looked over the paperwork and saw that they had raised the price by $8000 to 48,225. When asked about the increase they said it had to do with supply shortages, etc. The salesman NEVER mentioned that the actual price was 8000 more than the sticker while we were looking at the car. That's a 20% markup which is ridiculous. All I can say is buyer beware! These are the kinds of situations that give car buyers nightmares, and make you fret about going to a dealership. I also called Nissan North America consumer affairs but they were not much help. They told me dealerships were privately owned and they basically had carte blanche.

I found the sales staff to be extremely sneaky and dishonest. Typical used car sales tactics. Would not recommend this dealership for purchasing a new or used vehicle
Was so refreshing not to feel pressured or rushed. Brandon provided excellent service, and ensured I was in good hands when he had to step away.
