Initially had an issue on the vehicle, but after contacting the dealership, and learning that the salesperson was no longer at the dealership, which is why I was not getting a response from him, the dealership is taking steps to correct any of the issues that we may have had upon delivery, so once things got in the correct channels so it could be resolved they are working on it. Glad that it got to the correct person and they are taking care of it, they wanted to make sure we were happy with the pickup at the end of the day and we appreciate that.

Todd was knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the purchase process. He was able to acquire the vehicle I was interested in from another Ganley location and facilitate the sale at the Mentor CDJR dealership. The vehicle was washed, detailed and filled with gas. This is my 2nd RAM purchased at this dealership. Both experiences were very professional. Recently I purchased a RAM Laramie from Vince and he was professional and helpful throughout the process. Id recommend people to go to him to purchase in the future without hesitation.
