I spent 25000 dollars on a new Jeep compass sport. And it has major electrical problems. And they said it was fixed once and it still has the same problem. Car has been there 10 days and they informed me that they haven't even looked at it yet. And when asked when they were going to. They told me they don't know when they will be able to get it in. So much for servicing what they sell. This car only has 6500 miles on it.

My husband and I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler in March 2024. A few weeks after first service the front end started shaking. The jeep was kept 3 solid days only to find out the tires had been balanced. The service person indicated that ours wasn’t the only car being serviced. A full tank of gas was used up and 200 miles on the odometer. We were told the jeep was taken on two test runs to the nearest exit (no more than 20 miles)! Quality of work not yet determined since we haven’t had opportunity to make a long distance trip.

I found the Sales staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, especially Wil. Wil is very knowledgeable about Jeeps and was able to answer all of my questions. I am happy with my purchase and will go back when I am shopping again for a new vehicle.

Purchase took to long almost wanted to back out of transaction. Dealership changed trade amount from initial visit.

Word gets around fast in this town about Melloy. It used to be a dealership that you trusted but I went in this past weekend and seen that Joshua Cordova was working at the Jeep store. Joshua Cordova is a convicted crook put away for stealing thousands of dollars at Sandia Labs (google his name). Why bring a thief to this once loved small town dealership after Brad Francis. Do not shop here if you want to know where your money is going, it may get put right in his pocket if he has anything to do with it.
