Sales director is the rudest guy i have ever seen. Shake your hand and no mask in covid times refused to lower price even a dollar despite lots if scratches and lower comparatives. We came twice in 4 days to see the car from 50miles away and they could not clean it inside (many stains) or change a plastic rail which should take no time. Lots of scratches all over especially on the whole right side where the car clearly scraped against something.

Talked with Director of used cars by phone and came to an agreement on price. to visit dealer was 2plus hours from home. After 10 miles called Director to confirm I was enroute. Was told a deposit was put down Friday, this was on Monday. Returned home and later had a call from sales and explained he took the deposit on Saturday?? An hour later I get a call from customer service, explain to her and informed she will get right back to me. Never heard from again. 3 phone calls and 3 LIES. Your Mom has to be PROUD.

Enjoyed my time looking for the right model and the sales person was extremely helpful in my decision. And I want it to be known, it was my decision.
