This is about Plainville Mass location To sales person,can you please tell me why nothing was ever ordered until mid June when I sat down with prep guy the middle of June, June 17th to be exact. I told you when I made the purchase exactly what I wanted installed and you told me no problem I was looking at a delivery time of mid June. Here we are now July 5th and they're still in parking lot installing stuff. And your Prep guy doesn't seem to understand why I'm upset. This has cost me an additional $1500 in hotel cost and forfeiture of $858 of a paid reservation at camp ground.

I purchased a used 2014 5th wheel from them in June ,2015. As part of the deal they charged me $400 to inspect the unit before I bought it. They said they checked EVERYTHING but the first time I filled the black tank it leaked EVERYWHERE, what a mess. They either missed it in the non-inspection or they knew about it and dumped the unit on me, which is what I think happened. They lied about everything else, why not that. Stay clear of these guys.
