We purchased a new Riverside Retro camper in October of 2023. When we called to arrange to pick it up, we were told that the person we needed to talk to wasn’t there and wouldn’t be back until next week. Unbelievable that only that one person is allowed to arrange for us to pick up the camper. Eventually we did manage to reach that one person and went and picked up the camper. In November of 2023 we emailed them about a minor issue that should be covered under the warranty. They never responded. In December of 2023 we emailed them again about the same issue. Again we got no response. In January of 2024 I called and talked to someone who said they would look into getting the necessary parts. After a few weeks without hearing from them, I called again and was told that the person I needed to talk to wasn’t there but they would look into it. I never got any call back. Finally the end of January I called the manufacturer, Riverside. They resolved the issues immediately and we received the necessary parts just a few days later.. We never did hear back from All Seasons, I guess once they get your money, they are done with you.
