Bought a used Tahoe with 80k miles. Less than 6mths later Transmission went out. When we called them they blew my Husband off and said it’s our problem. Then I called again to speech with the owner and they said he would call me and have yet to hear anything. So now it’s up to my Husband and I to pay 7,000 dollars to buy a new transmission. Really sad that this will be our 3rd Tahoe we have purchased from them and to be blown off like us being returning customers mean nothing is so disappointing. Please beware of the shadiness. I find it hard to believe that we paid 42k for this Tahoe to only 6mths later be told we have to pay 7k to replace a transmission. We will NEVER buy from them again or refer any family friends or strangers. Do better Cabral Dealership on Yosemite in Manteca Ca. Karma!

I purchased my Jeep Wtangler from Sacramento CDJR on 4/1/23. It ended up having an oil leak and needed repairs and an oil cooler replacement but Sac wouldn’t respond. I brought her into Cabral and they treated me with respect and understanding, helped me right away and even brought me to the rental car place. They had her fixed the next day. The following weekend she wouldn’t start, again I called the dealership in Sac I purchased her from and they wouldn’t respond, kept sending me to voicemail or kept me on hold. I had her towed to Cabral and once again, they fixed her right up, put a new starter in. The people there in the service department were truly wonderful and probably the best experience I have had at a service center for my vehicles. I highly recommend them! Pat and Heron were great!

In this age of no hassle sales and no pressure buying, I was disappointed by the lack of "customer service". The sales person didn't offer to unlock any vehicles even pre-owned. I actually felt like I was wasting the sales persons time. I summed it up to as I won't be wasting their time anymore either.

Absolutely amazing customer service! The team that helped me (Grant as the salesman) were rockstars. The communication was great throughout the entire process and they delivered on what they promised. I would absolutely recommend Cabral.
