My car was totaled in an accident, and I was devastated. I almost felt sorry for the salesman who might have to deal with me because I was not a very happy person, nor was I excited about having to get another car. There, I met Mike Kulla. Turned out the car was in service for inspection and cleaning. Not a problem, Mike got it out and we went for a ride. We chatted a little but he let me just check out the car. This man was just what I needed…low-key, professional, very personable, and zero pressure!!!!
