The sales representative Bryce was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. He stayed with us the whole time and answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured to buy. Central Valley VW will be my forever destination for purchasing and servicing my VW. Just finished working with Kenny at CV VW and he demonstrated all the skills one should expect for excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant & extremely helpful. This was my first purchase of an electric vehicle and he fully explained the ins/outs and directed me to external resources to ensure I had a home charging system. I have never spent this kind of money on a VW, but the experience was well worth the investment. Kenny is clearly an asset to CV VW.

Tried to reach the service department at 3:40 on Friday, no answer, left a message. Called back for the operator and was was asked for an extension and then since I didn’t have any they hung up, same thing happened while I called back again to check the business hours. Called the parts department and someone answered and he transferred me to the service department and someone picked up. Service techs and advisors do a great job, but the people who answer the phones and those who set up the answering system need some help.
