The sales team, Finance team and the Service team are the best I have ever dealt with. They are all very professional and accommodating. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. Service department were great. Keep up the good work. Had problems in the past with them along with the parts department. Hopefully with the new management they can fix the problems.

Ram Country has the best service advisor in the great state of Texas. Blake Patterson can't be beat. He's thorough, attentive and friendly. Blake's smiling face and bubbly personality is worth the extra drive to have all 4 of our vehicles serviced at Ram Country where we're treated like family. Courtney & Mike are also top notch!!

I had an appointment to see the truck they were advertising (almost 20k below MSRP) but person it was with wasnt there when I showed up. The person who did help me was ok but couldn't answer my question about the 4 wheel drive & had to look up the information online. They added a $4999 "surface science" charge that they wouldnt budge on. Turns out it was a warranty of which I've asked/called for information on and still have no idea what the limitations, exclusions, etc are! I did buy the truck, even with the extra charge it was a good deal and the finance guy worked hard & got the payments within my range.
