Was charged $199 just to be told it was the battery not functioning. I should be refunded at least 75percent of $199. I was not provided with any diagnostic report about the “electrical “ diagnostic report nor any other recommendations only that the battery was not working. As a matter of fact something is wrong because in 8 1/2 years I’ve owned this car I have had to change the battery every other year like 4 times. Each attery should at least last four years!
