I highly recommend this dealership to anyone when my wife’s car was totaled. I was driving through there a lot. On my way home from work and One of the sales persons came out named Jennifer and I told her I was just looking right now to replace my wife’s total vehicle. She showed me a couple vehicles that were what I was looking for but out of my price range and then she brought me something else out and we ended up taking it that night, three weeks later, I ended up doing the same thing at the same dealership and buying a second vehicle for my daughter. Jennifer was not available so she gave me to a reliable sales person who took care of us with great care and they even discounted the car to help with my financial budget of buying a car for my daughter .

Service department has outstanding service advisors reps. Sam and Chris always have a smile and are there to help. Been here 4 times and each time was a good experience.

Service department is very shady. I purchased a key fob on line from a very reputable company Took to Shorkey Kia in Uniontown , Pa. They charged $68 and advised me that the fob couldn’t be programmed. They told me they wouldn’t charge to program a second fob so I returned mine with full refund and was sent another. My vin number was used to match the fob the first and second time I ordered thru the on line company. I called Shorkey to make an appointment to have the second one programmed with the understanding that there would be no charge. I also advised the person taking my appointment that there was to be no charge and to let service know I was coming in. When I got to Shorkey , the service department said they would not honor what I was told because that offer was only if I purchased a fob from them in the amount of $227.00. I couldn’t believe they had backtracked as they did. What a way to do business. I do not recommend anyone taking a car there for service.
