They sold me a 2019 Jeep Cherokee without fluid in the rear differential. They had it for over a month and never fixed it while they had it they drove it into a pole causing damage to the front bumper and had to be taken to a body shop. You will never get to pay off your car, hidden fees after hidden fees. Total SCAMS . I wasn’t told about the residual balance before I sign the contract , they’ll get you to sign the contract then goes after your money for years. Original price for my 2007 Tahoe was 20,859 contract says 36 months including taxes I was only late once it’s been 42 months now and I’m still paying 700$ a month !!! No matter how bad your transportation situation is don’t ever think about buying from these low life scammers cause you will regret ever buying from them!!

So you say your being transparent and once again I'll say while sitting down with the salesman I was told 61 payments I was not told anything about the residual amount at the end of the contract he pulled out his laptop said this is the docu sign for our agreement 61 payments as I said I took his word for granted not expecting to owe another 2700 bucks after paying over 13000 for the car and now ya say I could trade it in and start over? Why the xxxx would I do that? Get screwed again by your shady practice you said to reach out and ask for help the only help you could give is terminating the contract 15000 bucks for a 20 yr old car is way to much especially since your salesman hid the facts of the contract. But we know your not gonna do that cause it's free all be it basicly illegal money in your pocket. You want to help honor what your salesman told me not what he hid from me

Paid $19,000 for a 2013 Nissan rogue FWD the residual amount to keep the car is $3,280 after realizing they were screwing me on interest I ended up paying the car almost all the way off I am waiting to make the final payment on the lease they called me and told me I had to pay them around $3,200-$3,300 to repair the calipers and transfer case before I could make the final payment now if you don’t know a FWD car doesn’t have a transfer case which tells me they just want that residual amount wether I keep the car or they keep the car I previously requested a copy of my contract agreement and they refused which from what I understand is something that they are required to do horrible experience another thing to note is their cars come with a drive train warranty so if there was a transfer case in the car the warranty would cover it
