Took my son's jeep.in fir a prescheduled appointment on 6/30, had to go get $100 cash fir a loaner because they wouldn't let us wait. The loaner was filthy and too small for my son. They were authorized to diagnose turn signals and headlights and wipers. They sent us a video showing diagnosed water pump, thermostat and fog lights. Spent $4.62 fir parts a supposed faulty wire and charged $501.58. Today the wipers don't work, no turn signals or headlights. They fixed nothing. BBB and disputing the charges is next. The service tech was beligerant and rude. Texted my son saying he wants to get it back in and maybe there is more damage they didn't diagnose or find. Run from them, take them to small claims and tell everyone they are crooks.

4th and last car I will buy from this sniveling bunch of clowns. They not only illegally cleared 6 codes that wound up being permanant, tried to treat me like Im an idiot , thinking I dont know what Im doing, called me a liar, tried to cover up lying about replacing an oil pressure sensor, tire my ac up due to negligence, didnt properly secure my vehicle which resulted in damage being done to the body, drove it 178 miles without my permission, had it in Ogden when it was supposed to be in Taylorsville, refused to work on my car because I was unhappy about all the things Ive currently listed, was threatened and screamed at multiple times in a feable attempt to intimidate me, threatened some mire because I wasn't budging and demanding that they do their jobs, told I couldn't have the car back, told that the contract was being canceled despite my refusing to let them, then they did more damage to the body if the car out of vengeance so now, after finally getting the car away from these idiots, its waiting to go into a REAL body shop to fix the 3k worth of damage they maliciously did. They are footing the bill for the repairs to everything. Ive asjed to speak to the owner , but doubt he is even interested as he lost money on his staffs screw ups.

If i could give one star i would. Taking advantage of people with there bait and switch tactics, and deceptive lies!!! I will be telling my story on the news!!! Good luck and don't ever buy a car from here.

They sold me a 2019 Jeep Cherokee without fluid in the rear differential. They had it for over a month and never fixed it while they had it they drove it into a pole causing damage to the front bumper and had to be taken to a body shop. Worst place to deal with ever whatever you do do not go to Markosian Auto.

You will never get to pay off your car, hidden fees after hidden fees. Total SCAMS . I wasn’t told about the residual balance before I sign the contract , they’ll get you to sign the contract then goes after your money for years. Original price for my 2007 Tahoe was 20,859 contract says 36 months including taxes I was only late once it’s been 42 months now and I’m still paying 700$ a month !!! No matter how bad your transportation situation is don’t ever think about buying from these low life scammers cause you will regret ever buying from them!!

These guys are complete scammed. Do not waste your time with these guys, they will just lie to you, cheat you, and try to milk you for as much money as they possibly can. Probably the worst dealership in the state of Utah!
