Sam Asad was a great salesman to work with. I would recommend that anyone using Selective Motors see Sam

Was interested in purchasing a vehicle Selective Motors had listed. When I asked basic questions about the vehicle, Sam was vague in his answers. I asked for pictures of certain areas of the vehicle and he replied they could only send through text as they were too large to email. Everyone knows you can send larger files through email than you can through text. When I mentioned I couldn't find any maintenance records for the vehicle using a VIN search, he replied they didn't have any records. When I asked if they had run the vehicle through the shop to see if anything was wrong, Sam said they only service vehicles that need it. It is common practice among reputable legitimate dealers to have the service shop do an inspection on the vehicle, change the oil, check trans fluid, brakes, etc to see what the vehicle needs, are there any problems and how they should determine a price for the vehicle. It is bewildering how they could come up with a price without knowing anything about the vehicle. Based on this experience, it seems the negative reviews are accurate and the 5 star are more than likely AI generated in my opinion.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Selective Motors, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within just 30 days of the purchase, the car started exhibiting significant mechanical issues. Unfortunately, the dealership's response and handling of the repairs have been completely inadequate. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with delays and a lack of accountability. To make matters worse, the warranty company refused to cover the repairs, attributing the fault to the dealer. This left me with a defective car and no support from either party. Given the circumstances, I am seeking a refund of my down payment and first payment, and I wish to return the car to the dealer. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly investigate before making any purchases from Selective Motors. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership a year a go , everyone was nice and financig was so easy, I am still happy about the vehicle and Thankfully never hade any mechanical issues so I decided to come back to purchase a vehicle for my husband and it was a success , they had what I was looking for , even though I had so many questions they were not bothered at all , I am so satisfied with my husband new vehicle and well definitely come back in the future 😊

Bought a beautiful Mercedes from here. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about their inventory. Car was very clean and priced very competitively to the market. I also was pre approved with my bank. But selective motors gave me a better deal with their finance and also better deal on their warranty. Over all 10/10 I highly recommend and will be coming back soon

I had found a nice Terrain online said it was a 2013 with 74k miles when I got there it was a 2011 with 90k miles. When I asked him he said maybe it was the other on the lot that was silver. The exterior online said black. Then I took the vehicle for a test drive and he told me to go in a circle and come back. No, I went to the gas station down the street to check the engine oil which was pretty black and smelled. I then looked under the vehicle and it look as tho the exhaust was leaking, I drove it back politely said no thank you when he told me to come sign the papers. Hr asked why which I proceeded to say it looks as though it’s leaking needless to say he said it was from a car wash the Terrain had had. I left no thank you big investment and you really should double check your online inventory to make sure it matches the lots.
