Heather and the service department were outstanding. As soon as I pulled into the service area Heather met me and turned my paperwork over to a technician to have my running boards installed on my 2025 Ridgeline. Heather came and got me when the job was finished had me inspect the work and I was on my way in a very short time, the Ridgeline was also washed before I left. I highly recommend Lou Sobh service dept.
Amazing experience from the salesman Steven to the finance man. They were so patient and explained everything until I understood which took a while lol. Great team effort great follow-through.
