What Others Say

I recently purchased a car here and Loved the entire experience. Konstantine and Justin were super awesome. They helped, were sweet, made time since I was late and the the guy at the accounting team was wonderful also!

I recently purchased a car here, and I couldn't be more delighted with the entire experience. Duchih helped me a lot! He is really nice and patient. I got a good price from him!

I started talking with Dominic (this is second Mazda purchased through Dominic) early October on the Mazda best suited for my family needs. Through numerous phone conversations we narrowed from Mazda3 to CX-5 to ultimately the CX-30. Then came several test drives for me and my family. Meanwhile Dominic went on medical leave. Forever helpful, he arranged for financing, set the agreed price, introduced me to Duchih--- all done remotely! Just bought a CX-30 from Duchih last Monday. When I arrived the car was washed and prepped. We went through everything listed on the invoice and it was missing one item. Duchih had the missing item installed. Great buying experience. He stayed with me throughout the finance process. Most importantly, he showed me how to adjust the Mazda to my preferences. Duchih walked me through the Mazda connect and tailored the car to me. Great car, great buying experience.

Putnam told me I needed work that I didn't need. They said I needed new transmission mounts, that they were bad....on a 6 y.o. MazdaSpeed 3. That seemed a little off to me so I took the car to an independent & told them to check EVERYTHING w/o telling them what Putnam said. They said all was fine. "Are you sure? Yes. What about the transmission mounts? They are fine, we checked them. Can you check them again, please? Sure. Yep, the mounts are fine!" Since that experience I've not been back. They treated me dishonestly after years of service and this is where I purchased the car! I hate pulling the gender card but I have a lot of experience with men thinking I don't know anything about cars. I do. I've helped rebuild 3 Porsche engines which is more than what a lot of men can say. Stay away from this dealership. In my experience they can't be trusted.

I had done quite a bit of research on the 2019 MX-5 Miata RF beforehand, and decided to go to Putnam Mazda because they had the Machine Gray with Auburn Napa Leather interior that I really wanted and were close by. Nestor responded with a quote that I knew was fair and made an appointment that day for a test drive. When I arrived, Nestor had gotten the car washed and ready for a drive. He was so informative, personable, patient, and didn’t give me the hard sell—which I really appreciated because It gave me the space I needed to think clearly about how I wanted to proceed. Ever step of the purchasing experience was easy, every question and concern was answered, and I left feeling confident that I had made the right choice and would be taken care of. I’m a longtime Lexus owner and this was my first experience with the Mazda brand. Now I’m a fan, both of the car and the brand itself thanks to the wonderful service from Nestor and the team at Putnam Mazda!

When Salesperson Gary said that for the 3rd time as I questioned the financing numbers, the second yellow flag went up. We'd already waited 20 minutes for the test drive car, despite communicating with Gary over a week and giving our arrival time. And when we returned from the test drive, and Gary insisted "turn in right here!" despite a truck blocking the driveway, there was a slight scrape under the front bumper as a result. We asked to have that buffed out and Gary said "No, that'll be $100". we say 'You're kidding, right?! How petty!' Gary says "if you break something in the store, you bought it." Our response "Not the stores we shop at!" Oh Gary, you just blew a $35K sale! What bad customer service. Any salesman would have closed right then & there...The correct response to 'buff it out' is "Of course, we'll take care of that right now (got 3 guys in the body shop) while we do our papers!" Squeezing us for $100...EVERYONE who hears that story is truly amazed. Gary, we went elsewhere for the identical car with a lease $21/month less that yours because you neglected to ask if we qualified for the loyalty discount...So 'Thank You, Gary!' You helped us find the best deal!
