Matthew was really helpful from start to finish on the deal. Quite knowledgeable about a bit more niche car like the Arteon and had no pressure from him. Gave me good numbers on trade out the gate after taking to him on a text chain about how another VW dealer offered significantly lower. He's easy going and awesome to work with, if you're shopping for anything at this shop, or heck even another preowned car from around the Brookdale block, hit up Matthew! Also invited me up to the break room to share the company's BBQ.. which now I feel a bit bad about since the car got returned :(
