From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I was treated with respect. I had been to multiple dealers that day looking for a specific vehicle. Seemed it was not my day. Johnathan and the managers were very attentive to my wants and I was being very picky. (Sorry but if I'am paying for it I have that right.) They managed to get me what I wanted but even better and newer all in the price range I wanted to stay in. I had my van that day. when doing a final inspection before driving it home noticed it was missing a little windshield cover not a big deal but again me being picky. No hesitation ordered and they called my the next day when it was in and came right out and put it on for me. I will not only recommend this dealership I will from now on buy all my vehicles here. I was hesitant to buy a used car (someone else's troubles), but after recommendations from relatives I decided to try Enterprise. I'm so glad I did. The whole experience was pleasant and relaxed, no pressure to buy a car, just friendly people helping me find exactly what I wanted. I ended up buying a 2016 low-mileage Buick Encore at a great price. It looks and feels like a brand-new car. Enterprise includes their own 12 month/12,000 mile warranty in addition to the balance of the original manufacturer's warranty. Royce, Matt, and Jeff couldn't have been nicer, and made the whole process so easy. When I'm ready for my next car, Enterprise will be my first and, hopefully, only stop. Car-shopping is usually a dreaded experience, but this was delightful. Thanks guys, love my car!

I wasn't sure about buying a car from a rental place, but 3 family members have, and all felt good about it. My salesperson, Kris, was not at all pushy. In fact i didnt care for what was there and she asked what I wanted in a car. Within a week she emailed me about a car she located that had everything I wanted, right down to the color. They keep only 10% of their cars, and those are inspected by independent mechanics. ( They auction the rest of them...to other dealers) my car is basically new-2017 with less than 18000 miles. I am more than pleased.
